#yogagirlchallenge Day 17 is coming up tomorrow and the theme is I Love You! It’s important to tell the people we love just how much they mean to us - and to do it often! It’s easy to start taking your close relationships for granted, especially if you’ve known the person for a long time. When was the last time you told your mother you loved her? Your father? Your husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend? Your kids? Sisters, brothers? Friends? Extended family? It won’t matter for too long because no matter how long it’s been since you told these people you truly love them (a few hours or a few years?) because… Tomorrow is that day! Tell the works you love them! Call people up, write them a text, an email, hit them up on Facebook, tell it to their face, on Skype, any way you like. But make an effort to really express to the people you love just how much they mean to you. Do it and do it properly. Know that there is a difference between saying “love ya!” and “I love you” and the depth of how you express your love lies in your honesty and intention. Bare your soul and dare to be truly intimate with the people that give you so much each day. Life is short and trust me - you will never, ever regret looking someone in the eye and telling them “I love you so”.

For some of us, showing emotion and love comes naturally and with easy. For some of us, being intimate in that way is scary and foreign. Tomorrow’s challenge theme might be the easiest thing in the world for you or it might be the most terrifying theme of all. It’s ok! We must all begin from where we are. Do your best. Say I love you. Send love to everyone you meet tomorrow. Give love and love will come your way. Tomorrow, share a picture related to your expressions of love and don’t forget to tag @yoga_girl and #yogagirlchallenge !☺️😘🙏✨
